(CRA) is an executive search, recruitment, staffing and HR consulting firm, serving start up firms, small businesses (8a) and major corporations in various industries. The firm has completed consulting and search projects for the telecom industry, manufacturing, defense, IT and international corporations.

CRA is an eight year old S corporation, founded in California and later incorporated in the state of Delaware in 1999. Our office is located in Leesburg, Virginia with associates in Virginia and Washington, D.C.
